Little does Kato – or anyone – know that life is about to take some seri...。本片源自动画短片《痴鸡小队》，主要讲述了赵宇、夏青、张伟、代小齐四个年轻人因为对电竞的热爱阴差阳错组成“痴鸡小队”，刚刚组建的队伍缺乏默契，历经坎坷，他们开始了全国锦标赛的历程，但是比赛期间对手王龙设计针对他们，他们能否获得冠军也成了未知。。主持們編做一隊「家務小隊」到訪不同類型的嘉賓屋企，與嘉賓傾談日常生活，並且幫對方做家務。透過做家務這瑣碎事，從中了解每位嘉賓的生活方式！主持亦會合力實測坊間傳說的種種家務秘技，發掘出最輕鬆做家務的方法；同時透過競技以習得各家務技巧，成為名副其實的「家務神隊友」！。
