《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。本剧讲述的是10年前因食品事故失去孩子的母亲中越纮海（北川景子饰），在怨恨引起事故的熟食店社长结城旭（大森南朋饰）的过程中，无意中绑架了旭的孩子。打算复仇的纮海，在绑架中却有很大的失算。纮海要怎么处理绑架的孩子？不断将周围人卷入其中的纮海的复仇究竟会走向何方？失去孩子的事故真相是什么？在那前方等待着他们的两对亲子的结局是…？。
