重案组督察陈国明(吴镇宇)与妻子莫心怡(朱茵)准备分居时，遇上一宗械劫案。陈国明忙于协助追捕，心怡不幸被流弹击中重伤入院，经抢救后虽渡过危险期，却一直昏迷不醒。数月后心怡终于醒来，医生高川(张家辉)叮嘱心怡要特别小心身体，因她的血型十分罕有。出院后的心怡，开始时常产生一些幻觉，并预见一宗女星被杀案，令她胆战心惊。心怡的精神状态越来越差，谋杀案却接二连三的发生，究竟这些血案之间与心怡之间有着一种什么样的联系？。Simone inherits a dilapidated farmhouse in France and makes her way there with her husband Eric and their two children.
