1921年战后的英格兰，不少丧失挚亲的人从灵魂学说中寻求慰藉，女科学家歌云卡加Florence Cathcart（莉碧嘉荷尔饰演）为了抚慰痛失未婚夫的痛苦，以理性及科学方法，揭穿从中混水摸鱼的神棍的假面具。歌云被邀调查一宗小孩鬼魂事件，她设计了捉鬼设施，又搜集了多项数据，以显示这不过是学生们的恶作剧；但这次可怕的经历，却推翻了她的理据。为了寻找答案，歌云坚持就算小孩在圣诞假期离校后，仍留校彻查鬼魂事件。歌云一直被一个模糊的男孩影像缠绕着，究竟是眼前看到、抑或是内心的恐惧所致，一切逻辑分析已无从解释…。Having grown up in the mountains Chiayi, installation artist WANG Wen-chih weaves his memories of mountains and forests into his work.
