运有宝贵油画古董的飞机在副驾驶员和其同党的策划下，企图控制飞机，正当他们用气体把乘客熏倒，企图把飞机开往荒岛时，飞机却因撞击而坠入海中，机长克服重重困难，冒着生命危险发出求救信号，令乘客得以逃生。。Double agent Picasso Trigger is assassinated in Paris by double-crossing bad guy Miguel Ortiz. Then Ortiz begins eliminating agents of The Agency who were involved in his brother's death. The Agency (belatedly) springs into action to stop Ortiz' heinous activities. The usual gunplay, romance, and nifty toys with bombs ensue.。
