Ronald Miller is tired of being a nerd, and makes a deal with one of the most popular girls in school to help him break into the "cool" clique. He offers her a thousand dollars to pretend to be his girlfriend for a month. It succeeds, but he soon learns that the price of popularity may be higher than he expected.。在高中的一个暑假，桦山由佳（土屋太凤 饰）和其他九名同学从昏迷中醒来，却发现他们被囚在位于某个偏远乡村的废弃建筑物内。众人懵懵懂懂，只有由佳抱着无所谓的态度。这时，放在房间角落里的录像机和电视突然自动运行起来，屏幕中显示出相应文字。在场的十个人禁止走出建筑，他们必须参加人狼游戏。十人中有两个人是人狼，其他“村民”必须在规定时间前找出人狼并将其杀掉，而人狼则同样要设法杀掉村民。截止期限前未完成任务或者违反规则都将面临处死的命运。少男少女带着些许玩乐的心态进行着游戏，可是游戏却朝着难以预料的方向发展…… 本片根据川上亮的小说原作改编。。
