讲述一个酗酒的穷阿伯,由早上开始头痛心口痛, 多次call救护车,却遇上这天发生大车祸，医院应接不暇，搬出种种藉口拒收。好心的救护员陪着他走遍四家医院，眼看他病情每况愈下，却苦无力相救。。回到故乡，女诗人叶唤珍饱受失眠和幻觉困扰。一向坚忍而独立的她，也因周遭的隔阂与压力而不堪重负，情感濒临枯竭。当她感知到另一个孤独灵魂，她开始追溯，向过去的梦境寻求答案：一朵消失的格桑花、一个脚印、一眼枯泉……答案若不在尘世，又会在哪儿？。Alex is an architect who is looking forward to celebrating Christmas at her mother's beautiful Swiss Inn.
