讲述了12岁的Varpu 迅速成长为成年人的故事，以及她不想长大的母亲的故事。瓦尔普和母亲住在一起，从未见过父亲。一天晚上，瓦尔普有足够的骑马伙伴和她的母亲。她偷了一辆车，开车北上寻找她的父亲，她只知道他的名字。但她的父亲并不完全是她所期望的那样。与他的相遇在Varpu和Siru的生活中触发了一些东西，让他们意识到他们在彼此的生活中，在这个世界上的角色。。本剧改编自冲田×华同名漫画，以临终关怀疗养医院为舞台，通过余命不久、老年痴呆症等日常生活存在困难的人的故事探讨“迎接死亡”和“活着”的意义。岸井雪乃饰演护士边见步，松山研一饰演医生广野诚二。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success.
