莉塔已经好几个月没有交房租，因此被赶出了公寓。她和一岁大的儿子搬到一个新住所，主人是一位卧病在床的老妇人苏菲。苏菲的女儿雇佣了莉塔当护工，因此才能住下。为了保住她的工作和住所，莉塔尽心竭力地照顾着老人。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
