摄影师阿星爱着女友颜高，同时也喜欢着模特刘熙。得知阿星向颜高求婚后，刘熙痛苦万分，在一旁一直暗恋着刘熙的王医生展开一系列疯狂的行动。颜高失踪，阿星不断寻找，每当阿星喝下赞助商送的矿泉水后，总会产生穿梭时空的“ 错觉” 。通过太阳离子运动发生物理电波的奇异现象，阿星意外的发现利用报话机会穿越到不同的时空，从此走上了穿越侠之路。。“読む劇薬”と称される鬼才・野﨑まど氏による小説『バビロン』。野﨑氏の代表作である本作のアニメ化が決定し、作品をイメージした荘厳な教会に居座る謎の女のビジュアル（イラスト：原作カバー担当・ざいん）と、テーマの1つである“自殺”をフィーチャーしたプロモーションビデオが公開された。。Life in the Catholic Church of the Holy Redeemer in Detroit is upset by a series of killings whose victims are all priests and nuns. All victims are found with a black rosary in their hands. Father Koesler begins collaborating with the police but soon finds himself in a spot when the killer decides to choose him as confessor.。
