After they are forced to kill him in self defense, they decide to take one hour before calling the police to search for what they hope is a hidden fortune.。本片借两对男女互相间的滥情、妒忌和背叛来制造笑料。流浪汉布杜被一个好心的书商从塞纳河中救起并收留，书商的太太和女佣对好吃懒做的布杜非常厌恶，流浪汉非但不感恩戴德，还勾引书商的太太和女仆，把他家搞得鸡犬不宁。偏偏书商本身也与女佣有染，这两对男女的爱情烂账，终于决定要用一场婚宴来解决。。主角加菲猫是一只橙色只吃人类食物的猫，和它作伴的还有一只不太聪明的宠物狗欧迪及它们的主人乔恩·艾伯克。经典作品《加菲猫》的搞笑故事还在不断继续着。。
